Hello Families!

 

While we are excited to see more of your smiles this summer, please understand that the Ohio State Dental Board has not released the mask mandate and screening protocol for dental offices. We ask that you kindly help us and please wear your mask while inside our facility. Our waiting room is open to keep you out of the heat and cicadas this summer, but we ask that you continue to follow social distancing guidelines. As always, let us know if you have any questions!

 

Appointment Guidelines

 

We love seeing your families and friends in our office, but at this time we are required to limit visitors. We strongly encourage you to allow our team to accompany your child inside for their appointment. If your child requires assistance or you feel that is is necessary to accompany your child inside for their preventive care visit (cleaning), please understand that we can only allow ONE parent/guardian to accompany the patient(s) and they must provide their own mask. There are no other parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, etc. allowed in the office. There are no exceptions to these rules from the Ohio Department of Health.

 

Communication

 

A team member will complete a verbal questionnaire upon your arrival. While your child is being seen, you will receive a phone call to schedule your child's next appointment and to collect any balance due.

 

Cleaning Protocol

 

We have always exceeded the requirements for disinfection and sterilization in a dental office and we won't stop now! We will go above and beyond to keep everyone safe! Please feel free to ask us if you have concerns.
