Services

Preventive Oral Hygiene Instruction:

This includes proper brushing, flossing and eating habits, ideal fluoride levels and the use of pit and fissure sealants. We strive to provide a fun, educational environment where children learn about the importance of good dental hygiene.

Restorative Dentistry:

This includes children’s fillings and crowns, including treatment of  nursing bottle decay.  We are excited to offer a white, or procelain, crown as an alternative to the traditional silver, or stainless steel crown. Our doctors are committed to discussing all options before these procedures and answering all questions you may have. As always, working for the goal of a healthy smile is our first priority.

Growth and Development & Braces:

As pediatric dental specialists, our doctors are experts on the growth and development of children’s dentition, jaws and craniofacial structures.  An early growth and development evaluation may provide your child with a more positive experience should they need orthodontic treatment. We know that the early recognition and treatment of developing bite problems often minimizes later orthodontic needs. We offer several orthodontic options, including Invisalign® to best suit your child's needs.

Sedation Dentistry:

Sedation dentistry refers to the use of additional techniques or medications to help your child relax during dental treatment. Our office offers a wide range of options from nitrous oxide, or “laughing gas” as well as conscious sedation and deep sedation in office with our Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist. Our doctors also have privileges at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

A consultation will help us determine which option is best.

Special Needs Patients:

We treat individuals through adulthood with special health care needs. If you're the parent or guardian of someone with disabilities, you'll appreciate the support, skill and compassion found within our office. We can help put your child on the path of good oral health with a preventative dental care plan customized to fit your child's needs.

Emergency Treatment:

While our goal is to prevent dental emergencies, we understand that the need for urgent dental care is sometimes necessary and can be a stressful experience for both parents and children. We strive to handle dental emergencies promptly and with compassion. One of our doctors is always on call and you can reach our practice any day, at any time.
